Absolutely the wrong thing to watch with a hangover.

The neat things one can do with double exposure.
So I've been off for a while. No real reason other than winter is here, and the entire city is just a washed out dirty grey-white color due to it's being buried under two feet of snow. I prefer to work with color, so winter is not a good time for me artistically. It's also too cold to climb, swim, skydive, or any of the other things I love to do, so It's pretty much just work and the gym for me.
So instead of doing art I'm practicing technique, working with composite transparent images, time-shifted images, time-lapse, hyper-lapse, HDR, double exposures and other fun things. I might throw up an image or two now and then, but it's not amazingly likely until the world is colorful again.
Life-wise everything putters on. I'm still shoving 50-60 hours of work into a four day work week, and spending most of my free time at the gym on the weekends, and definitely hitting some of my rock climbing goals, which should make the next outdoor season pretty rad. I bought a truck a little while ago, which should make some of my art projects a little more possible in the spring. Looking into going to Burning Man next year with a friend, which would be pretty sweet. I'm also looking for volunteering opportunities to fill up some of my free time. Winter sucks, pretty much all there is to do outdoors is ski or go ice fishing, both of which involve a ton of driving.
And I guess that's it. Life is good, but uneventful.
